TERMS & CONDITIONS
BELANJA RAYA, REZEKI MEOW-LIMPAT
1. Campaign Organiser:
a. The ‘BELANJA RAYA, REZEKI MEOW LIMPAH’ (“Campaign”) is organized by Pet World Nutritions Sdn. Bhd (200401033610)(“Organiser”).
2. Campaign Period:
a. The Campaign runs from 1st February 2026 to 31st March 2026. Any purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for participation.
3. Eligibility:
a. Open to all legal citizens and/or permanent residents residing in Malaysia.
b. Participants must be aged 18 and above.
c. Employees of PETWORLD, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate:
a. Purchase any ProDiet and Delizios products with a minimum spending of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty (RM30.00) in a single receipt from participating retailers (all Lotus’s outlets in Malaysia (“Participating Retailers”)) to accumulate points.
b. participants must upload a clear photo of their purchase receipt on https://form.jotform.com/260067984033055 to be eligible.
c. Complete all required Personal Details in the Web Form provided.
d. Attach a clear image of the Payment Receipt and the eligible products (ProDiet & Delizios Products Only) purchased. The receipt can be in printed form from the sales system.
e. The receipt must include the receipt number, store name/logo, and clearly state the Purchased Products.
f. One (1) image must contain only one (1) receipt/invoice, and the image file must be less than 10MB.
g. Each receipt is eligible for only one (1) submission via the Web Form.
5.Prizes & Redemption:
a. A total of 5 lucky winners will be selected to receive 1-year supply of ProDiet & Delizios cat food.Winners will be announced and contacted on 11th April 2026 via ProDiet & Delizios’s official social media pages and through the contact details provided during participation.
b. PETWORLD will deliver the 1-year cat food supply to the winners’ stated address within one to two (1-2) working weeks.
c. PETWORLD is not responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the winner.
d. PETWORLD shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the prize during the delivery process. Any additional costs (i.e., travel expenses, transportation costs, duties, and taxes) involved in redeeming or collecting the prize shall be borne by the winner at their own expense.
e. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. General Terms:
a. PETWORLD reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate any campaign rules.
b. PETWORLD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
c. By participating, customers agree to allow PETWORLD to use their names and images for promotional purposes.
d. PETWORLD hereby undertake to indemnity and hold harmless of all Participating Retailers, its directors, officers, agents, employees, members, and stockholders (“Indemnitees”) absolutely and forever from and against any all claims, actions, damages, suits, liabilities, obligations, costs, fees, charges, and any other expenses whatsoever, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, that may be asserted by a third party against any Indemnitee in full and against all consequences, liabilities of any kind whatsoever directly or indirectly arising from or relating to this Campaign.
7.Privacy Policy:
a. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and handled in accordance with PETWORLD’s privacy policy.
